Concepts
Business Management can be learned through business content, focused on the various functions a business manageger and it's employees perform. However, greater depth can be discovered by looking through a conceptual lens.
Business Management in the IB Diploma provides six conceptual lenses; Change, Culture, Ethics, Globalisation, Innovation and Strategy. Content as well as case studies will be viewed through these lenses in order to allow for transfer of knowledge between different topics and different case studies.
